Sounds nice. Got any photos of that setup??? http://www.company7.com/gitzo/monopods.htmlThat shows the old style, which I have. The new ones apparently don't fold anymore? Probably wouldn't buy one again at the current price ($250). But if I were in the market for a monopod, I wouldn't even consider one without a tilt head.
