There are one or two keys in the back of the lens. These are brass or steel
tabs that slide in slots inside the helicoid. The keys are held in by 2
screws each. The screws could be loose. Also, the helicoid grease may have
dried up producing helicoid "slop" regreasing would be necessary.
If the keys are loose in the slots they could be swagged out a little to
spread them for a better fit in the slots.

| lenses aren't bouncing around. Grabbing the focusring
| or aperature ring will shift the image too.
