A Dutch price list of 1998 still mentions it. Unfortunately this doesn't mean
anything; it seems Olympus is 'cleaning house'. Essential accessories like the
Lieberkühn reflectors and the Macro Flash Shoe Ring (also on that price list)
already have been discontinued. The price of the PM-MTob was about $100.
