No particular skill required that I've noticed - just have to make sure
that the film lies straight across the frame - the guides *are* very
shallow and that the end of the film tongue reaches the centreline of
the take-up spool. Then close the back. I've only done this 4 times
myself, but it hasn't gone wrong yet.
