The 3030 has a sync socket which looks like a TTL plug. You need a separate
adapter, FL-CB02 is a Hot Shoe Cable, then FL-CB03 is a PC Socket Cable.
I haven't seen either and am not sure which one is right.
Maybe a call to Olympus customer service can solve it.

| I don't know the 3030z, but my Kodak has a standard PC socket, and I would
| guess the 3030z does too. Why not just a regular Bounce Grip 2? In the
| bottom, built-in, is a nice PC cord. That's how I use it.
