Of course it would not fit the T32 properly but....
You probably could adapt a T32 (or T20) to use a short piece of plastic fibre
optic for macro flash.
The T32/T20 sensor sits just behind the O in OLYMPUS so :
You would need to get a piece of 100um plastic fibre optic cable. (you can
get it from hobbyist outlets or Edmund Scientific).
You would need to strip the sheath from the end and feed it through the O
hole and make some sort of ferrule to hold it removeably and repeatably in
place in the hole (if you did not want a dedicated macro T32! ). The T32
would be set to Auto (not OTF) the camera to manual 1/60 sec and then it
would be a trial and error process to determine the correct aperture since
the T32's auto-aperture would probably be changed somewhat from those shown
on the panel.
This would still require some F-stop correction for bellows factor
particularly at greater than 1:1 but the gross overexposure that often occurs
with closeup flash would be largely eliminated. You probably would need a
diffuser or ND filter on the flash to cut the light output a bit since there
is a minimum flash exposure below which the flash can't quench.
You could also use it with the camera set to OTF auto exposure (flash still
set to Auto, not OTF) but you would need to balance it (different aperture)
like any fill flash so that the camera exposure did not get too long after
the flash had self quenched.
