A 25 x 12.5cm sheet of "self-adhesive" foam with thickness of 1.5, 2
or 3mm from:

They also have non-self adhesive foam sheet and thread foam (1.5mm or
2mm) for the slot around the camera back.
Both need to add the shipping cost to Hong Kong.
The hinge foam was replaced about a year ago with new foam from
Olympus Guy. Maybe it was not properly done, there is light leak
again.
I got negative reponses from two local used camera shops, they do not
sell the foam alone.
