In this case I had quoted him the actual shipping cost. He was slow paying
but I had not specified a minimum payment time so didn't really have much
leverage there. I will not leave that out again. I went ahead and mailed the
package and sent him a note suggesting that he pay half the additional
charge. Have not heard from him since. /jnm
