See, that is what I wonder also... If my focus was accurate...
Because I did just that, generally set it to infinity, and as they
say in those Ronco commercials "I just set it, and forget it!"
Maybe.. See, with the 90mm, you can so easily tell when it's out of
focus, with the 28mm through the view finder, not so easy..
I'm not giving up on the 28mm. Quite the contrary, I'm buying a
Tokina 28mm. I am going to do a side by side. That way, I'll know
if it's the lens, or focusing on my part. The lens is clean and
clear, so I doubt I have a "dud" lens...
Time will tell.. Yep, $100 for an Om-10 + 50 ~/1.8 is perfect as a
student camera. I can't imagine another camera+lens combo that can
beat it for sharpness or price...
