This may be a FAQ, but I hope somebody here could help me. I have a Zuiko
75-150mm f/4 that wouldn't focus at infinity. It works fine at shorter
distances, yet for distant objects, even with the focusing ring turned
all the way to infinity it is still out of focus (I can get acceptable
pictures if I stop down the lens to f/16 at that point, but the split
finder (2-13) shows clearly that it is out of focus). I recall from
previous postings that there are three sets of screws to adjust: under
the zooming ring, under the focusing ring and around the front element
(under the built-in hood). Which ones should I adjust to get it right? I
guess the ones under the zoom ring are to be used in case the focus
creeps with the zoom change (which is not the case). Can I get away by
just adjusting the front element screws (and if not, how to glue the
focusing ring back -I'd have to cut it, right?).
Thanks in advance
Pawel
