[OM] M.15V Ni-Cd Charger

Thanks to all that responded to my questions about the charger. I'm now
in the process of replacing the ni-cads in the Control Pack. My next
project may be tearing apart the Ni-Cd pack for the T45 and replacing
them. Or maybe just get a Quantum Turbo battery and cable.
Once again, thanks for the info.
