I did this once and ALL the seller's contact information was false! This came
as a shock. I was eventually able to track them down through a reverse phone
number look-up of the address I sent payment to, fortunately that turned out to
be a real. Things got more and more hairy from there.

You can obtain the seller's home phone # through eBay.
I did this once to shake a seller loose. It worked.
Might also be time to start the Safe Harbor procedure to protect yourself
before time runs out, if it hasn't already.
