On the on the dreaded, evil, den to thieves know as e-Bay, an OM-40
(OM-PC) with a 50/1.8 lens (and maybe a never-ready case) goes in the
range of US$69.00 (CDN$103.44) to US$122.50 (CDN$183.60)
depending on condition, who's bidding that day, and whether or not the
moon is in Aquarius. :-)
That's according to my database, based on 20 samples of which 15
sold (i.e. no reserve, or reserve met).
Last one I saw locally was in decent shape and sold at a camera show
for CDN$100 (US$67.00). If it had been in one of the local stores, my
guess is that it would have been at *least* CDN$175.00 to CDN$200.00
(US$116 to US$133 or thereabouts). I'm *still* kicking myself for not
snagging it! (SIGH!)
YMMV, of course! Hope that's helpful.
