[OM] Close-up lenses

  I know it's been discussed here before, but if someone could steer me
to URLs or posts that addressed the issue of how some lenses do better
with high-quality achromat CU lenses than with tubes, and most importantly
WHY, I'd appreciate it. Please reply off-list.
