Chris, sounds like they're saying that the fourth layer has now been added
to Superia X-tra 800. In the recent past Fuji had not made this claim for
the 800, while it did so prominently for the 100-400 films.
They've also fairly recently relabeled Superia 400 as Superia X-tra 400,
which probably means nothing in particular. Fuji and Kodak have both been
guilty of merely relabeling old product to make it sound fresh.
Speaking of which, it's been reported on another photo forum that Kodak has
mixed old stock of its inferior 800 Gold Max with the recently improved
stock, selling both under the new label. Supposedly there's a single digit
numerical code on the cannister that distinguishes between the two, but I've
never been able to find this code.
