Sounds like a well thought-out plan. She tells YOU to file a claim, SHE gets
her money, YOU get reimbursed, everybody's happy, right? If I was in your
shoes, I'd contact the Postal Inspector and make a report to them. Maybe the
seller's suggestion to you was an isolated incident, or maybe she does this
frequently. Maybe people are getting reimbursed so there wouldn't necessarily
be negative feedback posted. The Postal Inspectors DO investigate.
