Could be for one of the PEN cameras like the PEN EE EL which accepted 45mm
slip-on filters. The numbers with feet (FT) and ASA (?) suggest some kind of
calculation disc, perhaps to read the reduced flash distance when the yellow
filter is mounted (with a flash bulb?). Maybe this ring was even a DIY job?
