Mike,
I would make a firm offer of a price that i could live with, maybe 
even a bit low ball, that would leave a bit of room for negotiations. 
Would also insist on a warranty period, just in case.

For instance, walk in and make a $350 offer. You may get it for 
that or he may counter with $400. Just see what happens.

BTW: The finish on the OM4T seems to be very delicate. Maybe 
has to do with adhearing to the Titanium. I've noticed some really 
nice bodies other than the finish that looked bad. Also, I check for 
dints and dings in a Titanium body, knowing that it would take quite 
a lick to dint or ding Ti and intermal damage could be lurking.
