Let me use an example. If someone buys a full license to Photoshop 4 and
then buys an upgrade license for Photoshop 5 (the normal thing to do), then
that person still owns ONE license to Photoshop, not two. Therefore, if
they are using Photoshop 5, some else CANNOT legally be using Photoshop 4.
Make sense?
