[OM] How much does fixing the light meter cost?

I see quite a few cameras (OM-1n's) that are perfectly fine except 
that the light meter no longer works.  How much would it cost to get 
that fixed?

Also, I see a few where the film rewinder lever on top is missing, 
how much does that cost?

If it's fairly cheap, then I'll buy one at a discount with those 
flaws...
