It is possible to get 'doublet' and 'triplet' elements (cemented groups) separated and cleaned - a guy in Tasmania offer the service here - but you'll lose the coating of course as he can only do a recoating with a magnesium fluoride single coat. I once had a couple of Nikkors serviced and polished at a fair price (AU$150 for both) but they were primes - a sophisticated zoom would cost more.
