[OM] Endoscope Adapter Questions

Hi,
      Does anybody know if these adapters (listed for sale) are different  
from the adapters listed on the e-sif.?

ADAPTER A10-M1 (0.8X) OM TO ENDOSCOPE 

ADAPTER SCREW MOUNT-EFR (MEDICAL) 

Or which of the two esif endoscopy or other adapters these refer to, if any?

Does anybody know if the esif listed adapter: "OM-Mount Endoscope Adapter 
SM-R" designed for solid endoscopes is meant for third party endoscopes or 
only Oly scopes. Has anybody seen how this one attaches to the endoscope or 
have any other information on it like designed exit pupil from scope.
