Doris knows best, but I would omit the theme parks in Florida for the
natural wonders that she has mentioned. Also remember that there are
still some manatee alive, there are some beautiful parks and the
coast is gorgeous in many places. Sanibel is a great place for
swimming (watch out for currents on the end) and for sunsets and the
odd nice little restaurant.
Of course, if you have children with you, big or little ;-), you will
have no choice about omitting the mechanical wonders of Wally World.
But what about Busch gardens? The best little zoo I have ever been
to is in Tampa (or was 10 years ago, what do you think Doris?).
