65 degrees Fahrenheit (18 Celsius) is cold or warm, depending on your point of
reference. Here in Sunny Alberta, Canada (where we've barely seen the sun for
days), we're heading into Deep Winter here. Last night the mercury dipped to
minus 17 Celsius (around zero Fahrenheit) according to my backyard thermometer,
and my new Shih-Tzu puppy shivered like crazy while I tried to encourage him to
"go potty." (And I was in my dressing gown and slippers! Damn, I'm weird!)
+18 Celsius sounds like Heaven when you're facing the prospect of minus 40
Celsius by January/February.
For now, the OM-2Sp and the OM-4 are getting mothballed, and out comes the
OM-1n. Too damned cold and dry for the electronics! Maybe by April...
