Listmembers (and Olaf in particular) -- having recently rejoined the
list, I missed out on the formation of the exceedingly cool TOPE exhibit
(www.web-wizards.com/olympus/tope). I've recently gotten a negative of
mine professionally scanned, and I'd love to add the image to the "night
shots" page. It's the comet Hale-Bopp taken with the 250mm f/2; both the
blue ion tail and the yellow dust tail are clearly visible. The problem
is that I see submissions for night shots are now "past due." I also see
that there is a +/- sign on the ending date . . . so my question is, how
do you treat "late homework" such as mine? Too late to submit? Or do I
submit it anyway and take a penalty? Rap my knuckles? Send a note to my
mom? Put the red words LATE across the image?
