[OM] Eep, eep goes the T32

I just noticed that my T32 on BG2 has started making an "eep, eep" sound
after fully cycling up and waiting.  I recall there was some discussion of
this once before but I can't remember whether this "eep, eep" is good, bad,
or indifferent.

Any help?
