I've had a similar experience regarding a $1.00 owner's manual for a Canon
T60. The young lady won the bid but never replied to my e-mails. Heck, I
even offered to send it free if she'd supply her mailing address. I didn't
post any feedback because I have no idea what may have happened. It would
be dreadful if she'd suffered some accident or worse and my epitaph read:
"Cannot recommend this bidder."

Subject: [OM] OT - Hasty feedback
After 26 days of silence I posted eBay neutral feedback on him to the
effect
that I cannot buy because the "Seller" won't answer my emails. Within a hour
of posting it I had a friendly email from him apologising for the delay,
saying it was because he'd been in hospital! Oh dear, you should be able to
cancel those feedbacks - I'm just glad I decided at the last minute to post
Neutral instead of Negative.
