A common extreme cold winterizing process with mechanical cameras is to
remove all grease. Lubrication at many points is primarily to reduce wear -
which wouldn't be too significant for an expedition or two.
Points that really do need to be lubricated might receive a dash of moly
powder.
I don't know if there are any parts of an OM-1 that have to have grease or
oil to function or not.
