Well, everything has two sides. Certainly it makes sense to have people go
through a good training. But how do costs usually in excess of US$ 1500.-
(if you pass on the first try, that is) for a simple car license (no heavy
trucks or motorcycles included) or about 1300.- for a motorcycle license
sound to you?
