The T-45 base plugs directly into the handle and locks into it. It can be
unlocked using a little lever that's part of the handle. There are no
other pieces besides the handle (consists of flash head and batteries) and
the base. The T-45 manuals is available on the eSIF, it explains all
this in detail.
