One recently sold on eBay. You could try contacting the winning bidder and
making a good offer.
I've also seen some OM88s selling for around $50 on eBay that already have
the manual adaptor included.
I recently saw a really nice OM88 with 35-70 PF lens in a pawn shop, but
they seem to think it's a collectible - they're asking $200!
