: Could someone post a picture of a 35-70mm f 3.6 hood?
It is on the hoods page
http://members.nbci.com/_XMCM/veluwen/om-sif/lensgroup/hoods.htm
last row, on the left is the hood for the 135/4.5 macro (also applicable for
the 90/2 macro), next to it sits the hood for the 35-70/3.6. They are both
of the clamp-on type, so they have a clamping screw. The hood for the macro
lens is a couple of mm longer but has a smaller clamping diameter (57mm vs.
60mm). The hood for the 35-70/3.6 is only labeled '35-70mm Japan Olympus'.
The hood for the 35-70/4 (also applicable for the 35-105/3.5-4.5) has the
same inscriptions, but the differences between the two are very obvious. The
hood for the 3.6 lens is twice as long, 5cm.
