Sounds like your image files have been converted to a different colorspace.
Do you recall experimenting with converting from RGB to CMYK or something
similar?

...My Epson 750 printer has suddenly decided to print surreal colours, eg
red
clouds instead of white, brown instead of green, reds instead of black,
etc,
etc, although in some instances whites are OK in some parts of the image
and
not others.
...I recently switched from Epson to Jessop's ink cartridges, but since the
problem occurs on two different printers (the other containing Epson ink)
this would seem to be irrelevant.
