and finally, i'm hunting for a 40/2 for travel photography
purposes... i know it's been talked about. but can anyone with the
lens comment on what they think of it?
It's a great travel lens -- lightweight, slightly wide, and easy to
use. I'd say (completely subjectively) that it has a "shimmering"
quality especially suited to natural scenes. I'm not sure it would be
my pick for faces or buildings, though.
Winter Bigleaf Maple, taken with the 40/2, is currently my #1 best
selling image.
