I guess this is part of the answer to the question I posed to Tom
before. How much better quality can you get from a $300-$800 scanner
than you can from a Picture-CD.
I've got a few of the Picture-CD's and have been underwhelmed. I also
have a Kodak DC-260 digital camera that is 1536 X 1024 resolution. I
will say the Picture-CD, made from shots taken with my OM look better
than the Kodak digital. They're still not very good though...
