Oh, did I forget to mention that the 237 miles is the shortest way there,
not necessarily the fastest? Using the autobahn will require some detours,
as there is no directly connecting one between the 2 points. Also consider
that not all of the autobahns is without speed limit - all speeding fines
will be on you! ;-)
But seriously: some of our autobahns tend to be so congested that I'm
sometimes happy if I can go between 65 and 80 mph, even on my bike which
could run circles around 900f the cars on the road.
