[OM] RE LEATHER CASES

What is the consensus of the group on this issue?  Should one store a mint 
camera in it's leather case?  The one in question is a black SP and the case 
is blue felt lined.   It seems to me there was a thread awile back regarding 
the oils of the case attacking the leather.  I'd appreciate any thoughts.
