I wouldn't even say journalism is done to technical perfection. There's
still far too much commentary passed off as reporting. The most clever are
guilty of sins of omission, and slant a report the way they want it to be
perceived.
To put it in list-relevant reference, majoring in journalism is akin to maximally sharp, perfectly exposed photographs of nothing. (Or those audiophile test records.) Lex === From: "W. J. There is too much "journalism" done to technical perfection that lacks any meaningful content or context simply because the "journalist" doesn't know history, or science, or art, or medicine, or etc. I think a major in Journalism is like a major in pre-med, useless and a waste of very valuable time!
