There's one currently advertised by www.mxv.co.uk for UKP 18, Exc+
condition, but as I recently discovered, just because they advertise it, it
doesn't mean they still have it.
I believe that because there is insufficient room to provide infinity focus,
there has to be an optical element present in the adapter, which may well
reduce the lens' performance.
