There is some possibility that was the lens I used for one of my best shots

The lens was borrowed and I have no idea what name was on it. This is the
sort of lens that may have been marked under assorted names anyway.
Even if that wasn't the brand that I borrowed, such a lens can be used to
good effect. If you can get it for a good price and you shoot suitable
subjects, I'd say get it and try it. I will note that even after getting
this shot, I still saved up and bought a new, conventional, Zuiko 300/4.5
for my bag.
