The Pentax 6x7 is the tool of choice for Ctein, he of the single ineffable
name, master photographer and dye transfer printer.
I've wanted one since age 13, when I bought my first SLR, a Miranda. Apart
from being huge, it remains rather like those early SLRs, the Spotmatic, the
OM-1, etc.

Get yourself a nice old Pentax 6x7. It's a lot like a K1000 only much
bigger. They don't cost that much nowadays, either - even impoverished
University employees like me can afford them.
