I've made a bounce reflector for my T32 that others may be interested
in.
It's made from a piece of corrugated (like cardboard) white plastic
sign board about 23x28 cm. I put a hole in one end that friction-fits
over the T32 in a tilted position. I point the T32 bulb up, and it
bounces from the reflector, giving a nice, broad, non-red-eye lite.
Weighs about 30g. Cost: free, cut from a sign I already had.

And with an assistant, you can use it as a small reflector for
natural lite photos - at least for faces.
