"How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck would chuck
wood."
Another one (just to keep it OT) that was reportedly used by the police
in parts of England used to detect drunks:
"I am not the pheasant plucker, I'm the pheasant plucker's son.
I am only plucking pheasants till the pheasant plucker comes."
