Yes, absolutely. It has optical quality. I would be concerned.
I just bought an 85mm f2.0 from KEH for real money.
Surprising. They accepted Monopoly money from me.
It was described as excellent plus and I agree.
So far, so good.
It shows only the faintest wear on the aperture ring.

The glass is wonderful.
Good sign.
It is however a silver nose.
Uhh-oohhh...
Are the silver nose 85/2s as good as the later versions?

swap a genuine, NIB, Olympus lens hood for your troubling lens. All black,
no silver.
