Hi Giles,
You could always make one. Put a 1/2 - 1" deep groove in one board at
one end, attach a 2nd board with a hinge, put a tripod screw
somewhere (perhaps several places) and attach a tripod head. Depend
on the camera/lens weight to keep it stable. Adjust the 2nd board's
length or window height to level it.
This would be fast to remove & keep the camera/lens inside the car
for discretion.
