Thanks to our "PM" collecting man Mark Dapoz (I think he's only missing some
minor parts like a Vanox or something) the item has been identified as an
Endoscope Adapter. Charlotte's Camera just sold it on e-Bay for $119 (and in
their shop it was priced $89)...
