Hi, Kam!
I have had the same problem with my OM-3 (not Ti)
and with my OM-2N. The sentence is - you must have
the bearing in a camera exchanged. They didn't have
bearings for OM-3 in Poland, so I had to sell it "AS IS".
But my OM-2N was repaired and has worked well up to day.
