Alas, George, even in the Free and Independent Republic of Texas, that might
be pushing things just a tad. For one thing in much of this part of the
country (including Oklahoma) property rights extend only to what's on the
surface of the soil. Mineral and petroleum rights were usually entailed
long ago to other parties.
But I might send up my Air Force (consisting of my son-in-law's RC
airplanes) and politely ask those damn black helicopters to quit makin' so
much racket when they're doin' reconnaissance over our house.

Hey Lex,
I just had a "good" idea- Hows about you call up the airport that's closest
to where you live and tell them as of July 31st you are closing the
airspace
over your property to all "unauthorized" air traffic, and if any of their
planes flies through that airspace, you'll be sending the airport a bill
for
$50 each time someone flies through it. After all, who has a better right
to
claim the airspace than you, the property owner?
Regards,
George S. ( whose head may be in the clouds!)
