What's the difference if it's a golf course or a building? They're both
private and if the owner of the golf course can make up whatever rules they
want to ref: photography, then so can the building owner. And a photograph
can be interpreted as a "copy", you don't have to physically copy the
building.
And they DO have a copyright of some kind on that tree, and they don't allow
photography of it without permission anymore. Look it up.
