28/2.8 (or even 3.5) shift
90/2.8 macro (smaller, lighter & cheaper than the 90/2 & with 49mm filter
thread)
1.4x TC that would match more lenses, esp 135/2.8
300/4 IFED
400/5.6 IFED

Why should the lack of these lenses be considered a serious hindrance to a
pro? Most of these needs can be met with existing lenses and appropriate ASA
films.
